Our 'Gift From Heaven' this week has built Professional Services and Customer Success capabilities in three enterprise start-up companies over twenty years, including two exits. Seven years of experience at VP level, managing teams of 3-100 people, and an annual Services P/L of up to $20M+.

Excited to join Series-B or later companies needing to build out and scale implementation, training, support, and customer success management functions. He has hands-on experience with deployment of enterprise software platforms, and also executive-level engagement with Fortune 1000 companies in the US, South America, EMEA, and Asia.

Used to partnering with the sales and business development teams within organisations to close multi-million-dollar SaaS, software and services deals, as well as roll out new Customer Success offerings and services.

Data-driven, leads by example, and a committed mentor to any team.

With a focus on analytics and contact centre business applications, and experience in the big data platform space. Customers include business and IT/Engineering stakeholders.

Ha has reported to the CEO, as well as Global Customer Success executives in a public-company environment (post-acquisition).
